Nanco tire width on different rims...

I recently mounted a set of Nanco 21x12x8 Bigfoot lites on stock 2.5" plastic peter Lynn wheels. They measured roughly 20.8" x 8.625" (from notes, not currently in front of me).

Does anyone have any measurements of the same tires on a 4" or 8" rim? I am wondering how rim size effects it's dimensions.

I have the Nancos mounted on 4 inch sysmic wheels and my dimension are almost identical to yours. 20.6x8.75
