Finally feel like I can post to this thread... 35.6 mph top speed on my flexboardz haize and phantom 1 12m at WBB yesterday. With flyguy0101 blowing past me the whole time yelling at me to lean back and go faster :D Definitely pick up some good tips watching him.
This was on the Strava app, so no idea how accurate it is, but the downwind legs were definitely fast, and I increased my comfort level considerably.
More into cruising and seeing how far I can go, so also a PB there... estimate 38 miles the first day, and 22 miles yesterday... previous was 11 miles, so shattered that.

I still have a way to go to get that. I remember looking down at my GPS at Jekyll and seeing my PB. From the corner of my eye I saw a couple of the famous Jekyll Island turtles smirking just as I was starting to raise up a triumphant fist.

Jeff, it was great to meet you at WBB. Glad you was able to get some miles up on your board. I hope WBB was all Brandin and Zcheezy told you it was.

Congrats on your new PB's.

Another great day at Nahant and another PB. Winds were in the mid to high teens gusting to the mid 20s. Still did not get to my goal of 50 but hit 46.4 mph.

Quickly approaching that 50mph mark I see. It only gets more comfortable each and every time. Looking forward to a great spring event with opportunities being high for more PB's

Keep up the good stuff! Winds forecast to be mid 20's here tomorrow, I'm cleared as healed so I may give my local spot a go.

Sorry Rich, missed this post a few days ago... Really great to finally meet you as well. Stay mended up, want to ride with (way behind) you next round.
I guess I picked the right couple of days, was perfect. So nice to have miles of relatively empty beach to play in!
