Ricardo ?
Something that I'm missing out on is why when I look at pic's I see a lot of P.L. arcs and such out but when I here reports from locals it's all 6's
and 3's ???
Is is just that we seem to fly smaller fixed bridle around here and others had larger depower kites ?

i flew my 11, my 9, and my 6 phantom. I want a 7scorpion, but of course they dont' ship them.
Tonight we could have used anything tiny, it was blowing like stink onshore at Ocean Beach.

Out of the 9 days I buggied at the pre-event and Ivanpah, I used my 12m phantom (like a 4-5 meter foil) every day except 2 (Friday at Ivanpah, no
wind, and Saturday where the 9m phantom was great; 51mph in a tandem).
Overall, kind of a light wind event.

I saw a lot of PL Arcs out there, dunno what sizes they were using. I just used the 3.5m a lot since I'm a smaller than most. : ) One of the days I
was on my 6.5m the whole time.
As for flying small kites locally ... 90% of the time i'm on my 7.8m Butan, unless its huge winds. Not to mention we dont have much space so screaming
down a small park overpowered really could be dangerous.
time to move to cali or lv.
