Adjustable bridles

I looked at the adjustable bridle set-up on Pablo's PKD the other day. I understand Flexi is almost the same but using a ring. It just looks like a bunch of knots on a string to me :smug:

I wonder if anyone has a drawing of how all them fancy knots is tied together :ninja: It looks like something that may be fun to tinker with on a no wind day !

Could a mod like this ADD lift to say....... a Bullet

Hey Ken, best resource for understanding depower and how to mod a fixed bridal kite comes from Mee's site:

http://www.powerkite.me.uk/

Read the sections labeled depower and modified kites. Basically any kite that has the bridals set up where all the A's come together, the B's, C's and D's all come together separately can be set up for depower using a variety of systems. This means that all the bridals on the leading edge all join each other before hooking up to the second (b) row of bridals. For what its worth though, I put the kites I modded back to a fixed bridal setup.

Sysmic S1 Buggy.

0.7m / 1.4m / 2.0m PKD Buster I
4.4m PKD Buster
10m JoJo RM+

6m Flysurfer Outlaw
12m Ozone Access

Snowbird..... your Bullets would be awesome depowered. remember i charge $100 to depower a kite. this mod is fully removable if need be, but you can also fly it on handles or sheetable bar or 2-line bar.... very versatile.

lots of time, research, experience, and foil-knowledge is needed to get it done properly..... expect 20 hrs or so of time on your first one.
