how-to buggy videos
Hey all,
I had this link saved that had some great buggy tricks and how-tos, but it looks like it's unavailable and they're now offering a DVD. Does anyone
know of something similar on the web?

Hey flyhigh get this video. It's totally worth every penny plus You will progress faster and will have more fun riding. Guys lets support our sport in
any way We can.We all will profit from it.Just look on kitesurfing You pay $600 for lessons and You are able to to ride in no time plus it is safer
for everybody.I see so many new people getting to the sport doing very dangerous things.By not knowing all rules You not only can hurt Yourself but
You putting all community on line.So take good advice and stay on a safe side by learning from people that doing this for living.

Thanks Slawek, I probably will. The videos they used to have on their site were great, I can only assume this would be even better. In the last two
days I've learned more by buggying in a large area with good winds than I have in two years of static flying! It's amazing how a little body english
can affect a slide. Seeing that in a video would have made the learning curve much steeper.

It's so easy even a caveman can do it
it's all about transferring weight forward ,back & side to side....... and placement of the wing in correlation of the buggy..

There's a new 2x DVD out from powerkiteshop.com which covers all kinds of things from basic kite handling (2line, 4line, bar, handles, depower) up to
freestyle buggy/landboard tricks. I just received it in the mail and really like it.
It's not a replacement for riding with others and learning by their advice or mistakes though, but it's by far the best I've seen on video so far.
flyhigh: If we meet in Livermore next week, remind me, I usually carry it with me to work.

Sounds good, Bobo. I swung by the Livermore field yesterday afternoon and met Gilligan. I only had a few minutes, so didn't bring my gear, but he
graciously let me take a spin in his buggy. So how was it, Gilligan?

Good stuff! The 'trail' parts were perfectly aligned with the west wind, with plenty of maneuvering space at either end. Also a couple of blacktop
stretches.. woohoo!
And if you don't mind stinging nettles, or at least are a little more prepared for them (like not wearing shorts ), there is more area than you'd ever need.
Unfortunately, past experience has taught me that these pre-construction sites are short-lived... get it while it's hot!
