My 2 cents you did not ask for...
The REV are great. Because the 1.5 is exactly the same for all built, they are predictable and fly well.
I have owned 6 blasts, a SuperSonic, a shock wave, a REV 1 and a REV 2. All these are of no lasting value to a REV flier.
They do not fly like the 1.5 and no matter how good you are with the 1.5, the others are all deworsified REVs. They strayed from the original formula
in an effort to make money (this is ok) and give people an option (also ok).
Sorta like Barassi selling weights for the bottom of the REVs. He is one 3 people in the world that probably enjoy the added challenge of a complete
change of the flying characteristics of the REV.
But again...the fun of the REVs is how predictable they are day after day after day.
Don't get me wrong...these alternates are interesting every few yrs but I really doubt anyone chooses anything but the 1.5 as their go-to REV.
(Sorta like the 1 candy bar in a desert island...always snickers).
You opinion will definitely vary from mine!
