Yes, yes... Need I explicitly state that this refers to power kiting?

Improved/new seat
New depower line thru the bar

Fair enough - I have a hankering to upgrade my RaceStars to RaceStar+'s. I like all of my DPs but my 3.5m RS4+ is the "shining star" (pun intended) of my quiver with superb in flight characteristics and I like how the lower flexible spars create the ideal crease line for rolling the kite up for storage.

I checked with Steffen Born about when he might upgrade the RS+ quiver to RS2+ and he told me he doesn't plan on "messing with a winner" for a while as he is working on two other kite lines that would be launched before any address of upgrading the RaceStars. Yes he told me what these two types of kites are, and no, I'm not going to say!

I guess right at the moment what I must have is one of these ~3M NPW21 because I started building it today. I had one but wore it out. I'm making a waterproof version because all it does around here is rain.....I did find last year some of my best days riding on pavement were on days when there was mist or drizzle along with the wind.....I had this one before but wore it out with my SUP and kiteboat.

a crystal ball would be nice. enie meanie chili beanie, When is there a good wind, weather and tide at Jekyll, for three or four days, in the next two months?

I'm pat on equipment (heresy). I was shopping for a fender/hood ornament the other day. :P
I even have a little extra stuff that I should unload, but I probably won't.
I'd like an NS4 8.5m so a magic wand too.

A crystal ball a magic wand and " this chair......that's all I need"

Well,,, due to the primary and secondary parameters of all living organisms making this a fundamental impossibility I would have to point out that your wish has a probability of occurring of exactly zero :D.

As for kites. Some new kites or a new buggy is always nice. I'd have to really motivate myself to make a new buggy though. Maybe I'll just enjoy what I have.

I would like a 5m or 6m Cabrinha Switchblade, new or second-hand and someone here to share the experiences of using inflatable kites with buggies, but the chances of that are and always have been, about zero. I'm an outsider who occasionally stops by to peer through the steamy windows of foil kite discussion.

There are plenty of us that use and enjoy inflatables Tom. But since we consider you as the high wind tube master we don't say too much:D. If you start a post on it I'm sure others will chime in. There is only seven humans and a dog here on the forum now a days but we're happy to chat about inflatables. Personally I prefer the direct power delivery of fixed bridle but when winds are above 25mph and/or gusty I take the old Switch Nitro's out to play making for a more enjoyable day in nasty conditions.

Well if I can't have world peace then I guess I'll settle for more time.

O wait, can't have that either

Switch Nitro's! I've not considered those. Just had a look on their website. An 8m looks to be the smallest they offer, unfortunately. I would stick with my Genetrix Hydra's but their 7m is the smallest they make.
The Nitro's look like a delta swept wing and the sort of shape I'm interested in. Very nice. You'll have to do a video next time you're out with it. Too few tube videos. I like to listen and watch others perform and discuss. I'm not the master haha, I'm looking to learn from you guys, new ways to ride, gear used, bug set-up etc, so please fire away.:thumbup:

That's more like it. Cool kite, nice strip too, looks hard-packed. Interesting bug. Not seen anything like that before. Subscribed. Thanks!
