ok, i went to fly my sabre, got out the anomometer and turns out it was 20average and up to 30, now i have flow depowered in 30 mph, and it was scary, i went up and couldnt get down, so if i flew in 20mph is it safe or what?

20mph should be perfectly manageable on that kite if you know what you're doing and how to control the kite to a very good level. You should even be able to go up to 30 if you're good enough and have plenty of space to play with...
