Improving my Dragstrip

I've posted a few vids from time to time of my "dragstip" a long skinny parking lot that is usually pretty empty (on weekdays at least) from Mid September to Mid May. It is very wind direction dependent - due east is the best, and its wide enough to turn. Pretty much a one way ride if the wind has any north in it. Anyway, much to my surprise yesterday I found out that a bunch of trees that shortened by dragstrip have been removed. I don't know if it was dues to some really bad weather we had, or a preventive measure, but I'm not complaining. I just hope they don't plant any new ones. This place lost one annoying tree last year, so maybe they decided it was not a good place for trees. Now there is only one left and a few bushes.

Here are pictures from last December and now.

Good job Randy, what voodoo can I use on my tree line curse?
I thought of lighting a candle in prayer, I considered lighting the trees instead.
I don't know which bug eats oak but these old ass trees must taste horrible.
Okay I'm done.

If you lost the whole tree line, does that open the off shore breeze to longer lines?

I've never tried offshore winds at this spot. The fairground is my main place for that. There are also a couple other places Spencer discovered that are options.

I think it would open up the spot for other directions a bit. Up to now it was due East or go home. Now I think SE might work on part of the northern end at least.

I used the beach as well the other day, but by the time Sally get done, the beach will probably be under water completely. (High waters last winter may have been what did the other trees in.)
