Looking for a place to kite on ice or snow up north.

There used to be kite buggy crew from Saquenay that would come south to for Wild Wood and I'm hoping one of you reads this.

First Week in January just ended and there's nothing really safe in New England so I'm up for a road trip.

I'm planning to visit Quebec City, ski Le Massif and find somewhere to kite.
