big kite, head downwind to pick up some speed, then as you carve upwind, send the kite high. When you figure you've stopped going up, redirect the
kite so you don't luff it on the landing.
IE: Heading left, go downwind with the kite low picking up speed, cut upwind hard and pull hard right, when you get close to the top, pull hard left
again so the kite's not still overtop when you land. Timing is key, if you get it right you'll launch no problem.

well im 110 so a beamer tsr 5m would work, even though it not really ment for lift but since i dont weigh that much it should be fine... corect?

Yup, should work, just start working your way up with the wind speed until you're getting the height you want, be aware, any kite will lift at speed,
the faster you're traveling the more lift you get. So while you may only be jumping 2-3ft static, when you get them dialed in on the board it may turn
into 5-10ft with the same kite in the same winds.

Well, if you think about it, If you're standing still in say 10mph winds, the kite has 10mph of wind on the sail. If you're traveling at 20mph while
in 10mph winds the kite has much more airspeed, so more power, it won't be 30mph wind on the kite, probably something closer to 22mph airspeed.
Someone on here must know the technical numbers, but basically the faster you go you start making Apparent Wind, similar to what you feel if you stick
your hand out of a moving car.
Any kite when flown in wind at the top of its windrange will be getting lifty.
If the kite's higher than ground level it will pull you up somewhat, the higher the kite, the higher the pull. Overhead = max lift.

Pablo, that's right on the any kite being lifty. I was flying my Beamer III 3.0 in about 25+ wind and it was lifting my 240 lbs 3-4 ft off the ground
without any pendulum tricks. Anyone will tell you that the beamer is not a lifter but when I asked the guy with me if my feet cam off the ground, he
said "yeah your feet were higher than my waist". A big crossfire or blade would've been fun that day.

Yup, I've gotten teabagged by a 3m Buster I. Most of my kite injurys have been at the hands of small, normally non lifty kites in situations that were
just right to set them off. Usually speed and a gust mixed in with some kind of direction change.

exactly what happened to me last week.
Flying my 4.5 bullet, huge gust out of nowhere just as the kite was going up through the power zone. Lifted me about 8 feet into the air and carried
me roughly 25 feet across. Sprained my ankle, with what looks like a fracture at the back of my ankle, but the docs arent quite sure.

That's another one for the 4.5 Bullet. We have had a few people get thrown downind and slammed on the Bullets. I've been lucky so far. I just hope I
react fast enough WHEN it happens to me and let go.

With a Bullet not likely, last time I was doing a 180 and got hit by a gust as I was facing backwards, yanked out of the bug hard enough to leave my
shoes in the footstraps.
Most kites with open vents across the whole leading edge will get snatchy in gusty winds, limited vents seems to help calm down the kite.
