Repairing a 3m traction kite

Hi, i have recently been given a 3m squared powerkite but i dont have a clue about it?!?! it has no markings of any sort but seems to be made to a high quality? I was given it as it was missing the Bridles(i think thats the strings from the foil to the flying lines??) all it has is loads of little tabs to tie string onto? Can anyone help??? i took some line lenghs from a radsail 2.3 and made some but it doesnt seem to fly correctly?? Can anyone helps me as i wanna get out and try to fly it??

It would help greatly if you knew the make and model of the kite.

Hate to say it but a LOT of time usually goes in to developping the bridle configuration when the manufacturer is designing the kite and then likely as much time goes in to tweaking it for the proper AoA.

If its still a current kite or if it was a popular kite at one time, I'd try the manufacturer and see if they will sell you a bridle or at least share the dimensions.

If your avatar is an indication, then you have a Symphony 2-line foil by HQ, but that model in the pic. would be one of the smaller ones. The largest is 3.3 m but that is span, not sq. area and has a different color sheme.

More info!

Sorry, didn't read your signature with your kitebag.

B-Roc is right. Messing with a bridle from scratch without a plan from the manuracturere would be futile unless you wanted to make a real hobby out of it.
