is it worth 200.00?
the seller is in Canada so shipping is going to factor in.....
looks to me like a rockville buggy or a knock off of a rockville
they had a problem with the forks at one time even after fixing it they still snap off the cog that stops the fork ...so now you just ram you legs
into the down tube
looks like they smoothed out the foot pegs from hell some:evil:
Chome finish over steal YOU GOING TO RIDE THIS ON A BEACH?
un sealed bearing in the head set:ticking:
hummmm..... wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide seat rails
looks like he also has knockoff revs sent to him from china as well :flaming: so
ask yourself how well is this seller going to stand behind the product he sells if something going to happen..in other words 200.00 can get you a
disposable buggy
might as well as to open up the car window on the freeway and start tossing out your money..
coffees ready.... but I don't think I'll have a different opinion

Wow 2 folks can look at the same product and see things different.
From the "I know nothing side " I saw a reasonable starter from a U.S. ( $29 delivery in the Lower 48 ) dealer with a 99.6 % approval rating
:puzzled: It does suck what he's doing with the rev's. I'ld never have noticed that.
The bug looks like a kite trike to me as well. I think they go for $399 ish. The wide rails could use pool noodles. I was aware they are chromed but
didn't know about the bearing problems or the stops breaking.
At an entry level price you shouldn't expect a product to be much more than throw away. Buying off Ebay has it's own obvious risks.
Sounds to me like if you are going near salt water stay away from this one. If you are running fields and can't afford anything more, I'ld watch this
one.
I think finding out he is selling rip-off rev's would possibly be the factor that would scares me off most ! :flaming:

the buggy is made by a bicycle mfg. as you can tell by the head set.. i rode the first proto types and the forks turned completely around like a
bike... the first run of foot pegs had 911 written all over it...
the idea of adjustable foot pegs were a great Idea and the seat look to be dbl. stitch and reinforced with load bearing buckles.
the chrome look like they didn't prep the metal first before the dipping and was a on the light side of chrome
plating .
they fixed the fork by welding maybe 3/16 wide metal but after a few lock to lock turns weaken it, then adios it won't be there and they fix the foot
pegs {but for me I'd cut them off a put sk8 board wheels on the ends [minus bearing] and tap in a screw}
The market will alway need a introductory "what ever it may be"
STILL
the rev thing burns me to no end and those of who bought them should be flog with a rev rod

Did anyone catch this...
"It is light weight and comes with chrome plated aluminum alloy frame."
Chrome plated aluminum?
It does look like a Rockville/ kite trike except for that wierd seat/ rail combo that looks like a trampoline rig . And no Ben-Hur style foot stops.
I ripped two rockville seats just by sitting down in them (200 lbs). My footpegs started rusting pretty soon, too.
It was an OK starter but to say it's better than the imports, (implied PL and Flexi) is ridiculous and makes me suspect of the seller.

Are you saying that Powerkiteforum is under investigation ?
Or are you just stuck with no wind and trying to entertain yourself ?
