Kite trike (rockville)

:puzzled:got to take the new kite trike to san louis pass on sunday. not enough wind to get the bug crusin (3-8 mph).
the bug looks like it will perform well for beach crusin, price was right , $227.51---------one question----the forks spin all the way around (like Linda Blair's head in the exorcist) . the bug manufacturer claims it has fork stops.......am i missing something?

your missing the priest to perform the exorcism

don't worry even if you did have them they would have snapped off any how

and for beach cruising , dosh it down with plenty of holy water and prey it won't rust

And 3 hail Mary's if the seat holds out

Cut the pegs ends off and add sk8 board wheels minus the bearings ...then drill into the wheel into the cut peg and drive in a screw + they come in many different colors and compounds and sizes

So who makes these Kite Trikes? A google search for rockville kite trike gets nothing but people selling them or chatting about them in forums.

Does the company have a website? Anyone know?

They are imported by Cloud 9 Soaring Center, in Utah.

http://www.paragliders.com/

Sometimes offered on their store website, WindyPlanet, but for whatever reason, usually sold occasionally on eBay.

Hey!!! I think I found a rockville for sale here in the Houston area. Virtually new. The poor chap bought it along with a 7m Montana (depower?) for his first kite after seeing some guys buggying out at Galveston. He says he's a pretty small guy, and needless to say the first time out with the 7m was a steep learning curve experience.

Anyway, he and his wife just had a baby and...

I hope the buggy will be an okay first buggy for my 13 stone, 6' bod. What do you think? Treble, we haven't met in person so I'm not sure how big you are. How's your new rockville working out?

Go for it! It's a good starter bug. I sold mine for more than I paid for it.

Good starter bug, just don't jump or race it and it'll last for quite a while.

Was in the hill country last weekend. Still looking forward to meeting wit the south-east teaxs buggiers . Working Saturday---but Sundays forcast is as follows........ Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 91. East wind between 10 and 15 mph. That would be a good East Beach buggy day--let me know---can bring both bugs-----------Herb:thumbup:
