That's what I was waiting for...

Now we know for sure.

The NABX Pre-Event will occur between March 28th and 31st.
(Friday through Monday)

Probably meet at Elmer's on Friday and caravan up to Superior (it should still be open) on Saturday morning.
Leaving (reluctantly) on Monday and heading to Ivanpah for the "Really Big Shew".

The Pre-Event is a non-organized, non-televized, unstructured event.
Sanctioned by the American Shot-Car Racing Association of America.

Open to all wind worshipers.

...some of us will be there on thursday, and like the llama said, we will head out to the lake of superior value in the am of saturday in time to beat the motor heads disturbing Earl on Elmers.....

anyone wanting more info drop us a line, happy to share.

no rules, no dad's, no speed limit, no limit, no holds barred, no slackers, lots of slack, plenty of racing, shotcar style and all the bs you can stand.

be there or be square

aoxomoxoa the first time you 'crack the whip' on superior guaranteed!

money back if not completely satisfied!

... no dad's...:?:

Am I being blacked balled:puzzled:

or are you refering to something like "Dumb Anoying Duds"

I am currently working on rebuilding my two new bionic knees and the thought of crusing on Superior is what makes the PT bareable.

NO, not fathers, Dad's. These are people that seem to need to nurture and guide most everyone around them, not only their own young, but most anyone and everyone that acts somewhat out of the 'norm'.

Dad's are usually heard saying things like, 'the speed limits 55 you know...'

Humm... well I might be able to make the pre-event and some of the main event... and then on Thursday hop a plane to the World Sport Kite Championships in France. I wonder if my boss will let me take the 28th through the 15th off? :o He's a pretty nice guy, guess it never hurts to ask. :saint:

Unfortunatly, in a moment of reality, I realize that this probably won't work and I'll probably have to miss NABX this year. The weekend part of the pre-event might be possible, assuming my team doesn't need to practice that weekend.

Keep your fingers crossed for me, it's only 6 months away ;)

Are these dates firm? I'm a NASA pilot and I'm trying to schedule a trip to Mars around NABX.
