anybody setup a pansh ace on a bar yet?

I've been thinking I want to setup my 4m pansh ace on a bar. I'm not sure how well this will work. initially I was thinking of using a slingshot profire bar with a standard chicken loop. has anybody tried this yet?

I'm also thinking if the slingshot bar idea doesnt work then possibly picking up a cheap pulley bar but I have never used one before so I'm not sure what to expect from those.

I have my 5m ace on a cross over bar. It works great as long as the wind is up. At the lowest winds it can cause a bit of backstall but my ace doesn't fly well unless it's lit anyway. I think the weight of the pulleys causes the bit of backstall but they pay off big time in brake control. I'm happy with it on the bar and not in a hurry to change back.

I agree with Snowbird. The Ace needs to be powered up to fly- light wins and it drops from the sky and even if a gust comes that would make me say "Oh sh*t!" with my bullet in the same situation the Ace just plops to the ground.

I tried my bar once and found the turning was so slow I was looking around at other people as the kite was slowly making its turn!

All of my bars have the advantage of 2/1 brake a action. I can pretty much turn my kites as fast as with handles. I just pull the bar completey 90' and get a full brake on that side. Slightly for a brakeless turn + everything in between.
