not a bad idea. good casting aid assuming your wind is blowing offshore.

Actually, it is a traditional form of fishing in at least a couple cultures. I have 3 different postage stamps from different countries that depict kitefishing. Two here http://www.pbase.com/geokite/image/53438790 and one here http://www.pbase.com/geokite/image/53438795
