Hmmm... I've got a cordless leaf blower I could hold up to the wind meter. You'd end up paying for a nice Xmas for me and the wife though at 5 bucks a mph.

5-7m kite, possibly bigger, walk backwards slowly in a large circle while flying. Smaller kites will work but will require more of a run.

Are you talking light wind or no wind? If it's light Pansh has some stupid large kites going for fairly cheap. Wicked and big will cost a little more.

we just getting another 12 inches of snow today here in montreal, so far more than 30 inches this year. kind of record
