Need advice on my next traction kite

I do all the S-sports plus rollerblading, wakeboarding and windsurfing. I want to learn land power kiting before I move to liquid surfaces (including snow). I have on and off road skateboards and mountin boards that I sail with windsurfing sails. I now have 20 hours on an airush 3m trainer and have some sense of the kite. The only lot were I can sail is large dirt lot, but combo of up and down, soft and solid, rocks small to double fist size so I need more power. I could use several pieces of advice. Next size kite (5 or 6 m) (avg wind speed here 6-8mph), kite brand (I spent way to much on windsurfing, so want to go budget here (used is great)) Other land boarders and places to sail near Northern New Mexico.
