have heard bad things about them. lots of stories of them breaking/ripping in mid air:o

IMO you should save up for a good quality harness from a reputable brand such as dakine or mystic.

also do you want to progress to boarding? because then you might want to look at a waist harness if not you can opt for a seat as they are generaly more comfortable. check out the dakine fusion as ive heard good things about it. LINK

If at all possible try your harness 1st. If not be SURE you can do an exchange. Harnesses are a bit like boots. Not one type is comfortable for all feet. If you find a comfortable one, that is key !
A handle on the back for your ballast buddy can be a handy feature.

Hi I've been flying powerkites for 8 years now with the same type of harness. They are like a pair of boots not everyone will fit your correctly. I use a Dakine XT seat. This one if very comfortable. I can use the harness for other sports as well such as Hobie Cat sailing and windsurfing. http://www.the-house.com/dk084zzdakine.html You would have to get a roller type bar for the harness as well. I've had my current one for 3 years of hard flying and it is still going strong!

Good luck-Scott
