You can register online and pay through paypal. If you want to send a check then you need to contact the nabx team through the web site under
contacts.

I looked myself and could not find a mailing address anywhere but that does not mean there is'nt one. I would go to the site and click on the contact
button and send an e-mail inguiring where to send a check.
