I think it was Jose Sainz and Scott Skinner that built the tie wrap buggy the night before the contest. Here's a photo of Jose and Scott with the
buggy...

This is another favorite of mine. It's Martin Blais of Bellweather Banners with his Flexifoil. At the end of the event he sold the custom Dragon seat
to Dooley for $50! Martin's a heck of a nice guy!

Last but not least (Bob's probably wishing I would post these in the Gallery instead) is David Sabalino's Chopper...

This year my goal is to finish the t-shirt and finish enough work that I can come out and play without projects looming over my sholder or sitting on
the playa with a laptop doing work!
And it just kills me that my new TIG weldor is sitting in the garage with no time to use it. ;{ Maybe next year I'll have my scratch built buggy.

need a few and was wondering what design the shirts have this year ?The noise from the japanese buggy was cool and godzilla is now a collectors item
.they don't make the stuff anymore.Glenn has a hard time looking for vintage speed racer stuff for his mach #5....... |

Ah yes, the Godzilla buggy. I took video of it while it was sitting on the playa happily humming away, trying to capture the sound, but all I got was
wind noise. Here's a photo...
