I found this very small self contained video camera which runs on 2 AAA batteries and shoots 56 minutes of 3 MP video onto a 2GB SD card before the card gets full or the rechargable batteries die. It now comes with a "motorsports kit" which includes several helmet mounting options as well as a suction cup mount that is very strong. I have made some videos and posted them on You-Tube

Check out this video where someone mounted a lightweight vid cam to his buggy kite. Cool. The Digital Hero will work also as it is VERY light weight and in a waterproof windnoiseproof case.
