Thanks BeamerBob for sending it on to soccer after you have unlocked all its mystical info.
Its been awhile since I have seen the video, but from what I remember they show about setting up and alittle bit about flying and the wind window. that info would be good for someone who has never flown before. But what they teach you about buggy'n you could learn more from watching a youtube clip.

You're right on Dlsih. I think it would be good if you've never touched a power kite or read much at all about it. Like I mentioned earlier, HQ really ought to include a littel cd of the that part of the cd in each kite they send out.

Ok, you guys have really made fun of this video, but for its intended purpose, it was at about 80-90%. If I knew nothing about buggies, and didn't have you guys to ask, it would educate on many of the basics. I didn't learn anything but it was reassuring that I always knew what was going to happen. An intermediate video would probably answer alot of the questions that come up after the first time you start rolling. They could've skipped the larkshead and line unwinding stuff and maybe do a section like when the girl was walking around the cones but with the buggy, showing a full figure 8. That would clearly express the lines you take. They also could show more of the kite motion and the effect on the buggy to give a true cause and effect demonstration. Great for someone that just heard about buggies but not much use in it for someone that can already link turns, controlling the kite and buggy without crashing either one. Back in the mail tomorrow.

to see it's merits, you have to remember back when you knew nothing about how to make a kite do something. I'm not saying ANYTHING about what I saw when I played it backwards. They're watching you know :ticking:

Got the video yesterday. Thanks Bob! I watched it. I am sure it was lame for someone who has been out more than 5 times. But I think I may have picked up a few things from it.

I will watch it again and take notes then I can send it on.

Dlish, you ready for it back?

I sell these, but make it very clear in my product description that it is very basic. It is good for someone learning in a vacuum, as Bobby indicates.
