K-surfer's #1 day on land

I got my freind John on a mountainboard
for his first time 2-day
we were at Sandy hook all day waiting for the SE winds to
fill in most of the day, it got almost up,
I launched my 16m Slingshot Turbo D
and gave up after a krap
knee-ride on my big twintip all krap.

so I say jon! drop it! I'm going home
to ride my big frenzy on land!

We get there and the winds blowing at least 20mph!
its only 30 minnits away!

so he's like lets get the big frenzy out,.. right!

so I grab the 7m and show him some big KGB jumps.

he took a short ride on it with the Mountainboard
and was already ready for the 5m frenzy

he got his hop to toeside right away
And threw a backroll before he even tried
a big straight huge air!

THE IMPORTANT PART
if you wanta train somebody on KGB
make sure they wear the proper footwear!
Jon had on those wide loosely laced skater-sneakers on
and every time he got seperated from the board,..
the board kept the shoes
and he had to run back to it in his socks!!!

hnyuck nyuck nyuck!
that was sorta amusing to see!
he was able to tighten up the laces though
and definetly saw the light on these foil kites.

We were riding in Wildwood! We had me on a mountain board, one guy riding in the water fighting the waves, and 2 guys in buggys, amazing! Looks like we are headed to Augustine Beach today, or trying it out as we've never been there. SE Winds sounds be good for there..Feel free to come down!

I actually wear my sneakers loose for that exact reason. can't tell you how many times i kicked out the board and my body was going in the opposite direction and the board wouldn't come off. so the sneakers came off, saving my leg or even my knees.and yes the straps on the board are extremely loose, they are not tight:spin:
