fonud one for sale with small hole in it ony affects one cell. i think its last years one with giant zipper on bag. im confident i can repair it.
do you think $125 is fair price? if not what do you think is a decent price for this.

Sounds like a TSR they come stock with a control bar and have tensioners lines that hold tension on the brake lines.

New I think they were around $300
They are a good kite. depending on the hole size it might be an ok deal if you are ok with it.
The replacement is the Scout which comes with a crossover bar.
