First Flight!

Finally got a chance to take out the Beamer 4m. Had a beautiful day 10 knot winds inshore and a nice lot of beach that was open. Set everything up proper, and had a great time! Dang!!! Im old, what a work out. Did not have enough water to cool down.
Very addicting stuff. First time out went very well.
thanks for everyones help with advice.
Will have more questions on the way.

Good on you!
Where do you fly?
I never go to the beach without about eight water bottles. Good for hydration and also as weights/ third hands for folding the kite up.

Dania Beach next to Fort Lauderdale. I am going to use my Camelbak in the future. It was 90 degrees today. Brutal! Did not realize how much energy got sapped out of me staring into the sun. Mucho water next time.

Yeah, and sunscreen, too. Always in the kite bag.
Welcome.
Stop for a visit if driving north; we are 30 miles from the FLA border and Jekyll Island is 15 min from I-95. Kite-freindly beach and local govt.
