Radsails come pre-set from the factory, so unless the previous owner has messed with the line lengths, I think your problem may have more to do with
how you are gripping the control handles.
In flight, the bottom part of the handle should be pointing toward the kite and there should be a noticable sag in the brake lines. If you have a firm
hold of the grip you are likely pointing it downward causing a depower situation.
Try holding the handles so the power line is running between your first and second fingers. Close these fingers around the handle and cover them with
the thumb. This is the pivot point of your grip. When you want to depower or make a break line turn, close your last two fingers around the handle and
pivot the wrist downward.
Yesterday I was flying my 3.0m Rad Pro in light winds (10 - 12mph) and had to keep my feet planted in order not to get dragged around.
