Great job on those skates!
It looks as though you have used thin metal for the rails (less than 3/8 in). If so, you may get some bending from them. Bending will cause the wheels
to turn slightly and become less stable. This is more a problem at high speed or with large kites (or high wind).
If you have this problem, try using thicker/stronger rails. Don't worry about the weight of steel. Weight equals speed.
