Peter Lynn is a good starter buggy. They are a dime an dozen, and for the $$$.a cheep buggy. And built to last. The only bummer, PL parts do not interchange. Longer axels, down tubs, fork berrings, and wheel bolts are different sizes.

Yes a PL is a cheap buggie, and yes it is e nice beginners buggie but not at all a buggie build to last. I will sum up some of the problems we had.
1. Axel bolds 15MM broke in to piece
2. Welds at axel ends to wheel broke
3. Welds at front fork broke
4. Bold in frontfork broke

Ive got an PL comp, and an Racer. I freestyle the heck out of the comp. My comp is over 2 years old, and not one problem. The racer, i got used. With a little refurbishing, just replacing the shocks, and re lubing the bearrings. Its solid!!!
