Silver Arrow view from the sky

Friend of mine from Saguenay in Quebec riding his Flysurfer Silver Arrow 19m while being filmed by a paraglider

I have no knowledge about paragliding, but I was wondering if there is any wind speed limit it should be done within.

So it gives me an idea the windspeed range when people can kite and also paraglide at same time.

Beautiful! Where is this? I might have to add this to my list of destinations for my Canada road trip this winter. (Which is still just an idea in my head...but I'm starting to really plan it...)

Nearby Chicoutimi, Saguenay in Quebec

http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=St-Fulgence,+...

Quite north from Montreal. A lot of snowkite there during winter on Lac St-jean (check big lake on the map).

They usually snowkite on the lake til early May.

I found one video from the guys around Mid April. Most riders have Concept Air SMARTS kite in there. This is a kite that flies like a Pulse1 but with open cell. Same depower. We suspect they inspired from FS ;-)

I have some pics at home that were taken in May. Will post them later.
