We should have the group code up by tomorrow, but i wanted to let everyone know, it is very important to book using the code. We have a later cut off date for next year, but still keep in mind, unless you use the room code, we the organization, get no credit for staying at the hotel.

In addition, you are going to see some astonishingly low rates between now and then, please do not "book" your room in this way, we literally plead with you.

Here's why:

"Should our published internet room rate become lower than the above group rate at any time up until your event, we will reduce your group rate to match. Should our published internet rate be increased at any time up until your event, we will not increase your group rate."

I have this in the contract, so there is really no reason to not use the room code.

For some reason, not everyone coming to the event reads this forum, don't ask me, i don't know why, but help us to spread the word.

It can not be stressed enough. Also, there will be a concert during our stay, so for sure you are going to want to book as early as possible so that if we run out of rooms soon enough, i can increase the number of rooms available in time.

Each year we have to guess at the number of rooms to 'hold' and it is a tough job to do. We have to guarantee these rooms, so please help us fill them, and best of all worlds, use more than we have alloted!

i was hoping they would fix the ice machines PERIOD. i had to slide my card in 3 times just to get one push of ice ... with only a handful of ice. 30mins later, we said screw it GAS STATION ice it is. :flaming:

There is a code there on the site, but the text still mentions "2007 room reservations..." I'll try it later and see...

A block of rooms will be held for NABX attendees at the Buffalo Bill's Resort. Our group code is SCN0331 and will apply to reservations made for January 01 to March 26.

Rates for our group are $31.95 per night Sunday to Thursday, $65.95 for Friday, and $85.95 for Saturday.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Reservations must be made by March 26. Reservations placed after this date will be handled on a basis of availability.

Should the room rate listed at primmvalleyresorts.com become lower than the NABX group rate at any time prior to the event, the group rate will be reduced to match. Should the internet rate be increased at any time prior to the event, the group rate will not be increased.

whether you're one or two people, its the same price.
you can have a max of three people per room however they only hold 2 queen size beds.

revpaul what are your dates? TMDC96 is going solo and you could share a room. also one of the Euro riders can share too because of the odd number coming.

I know of a few instances that have had more than the three per room - bringing a sleeping bag and spreading things to sleep on the floor but tidying up for room cleaning each day. When doors are open and kids running around you can see other are packing quite a few people into rooms as well.
You can get a roll away mattress/bed as well to use in the room for an extra person at a small fee if you go that route.

Just a reminder to always use the code and know that the lowest rate will be whatever was published during this time period.

Please don't worry about paying to much. It is very important to the event that you use the code, or we will not be able to demonstrate to the hotel our impact.

We use our clout to keep prices low, and to bring in guests that enhance our event. Without your help(using the code)there is no way we get counted.

This year there is going to be some amazing changes, and some big surprises, so please tell your friends and associates reason to use the code!

Hate to say it but we need our own In Canada, just wrong time of year for a lot of people including me. I know I'll never make it to NABX which really sucks..:sniff:

For several years when I stayed to BB we split a room 3 ways. I would bring an air bed and sleep on the floor in a corner.

they charge $10.00 per day for a fold out bed. oddly you cant reserve it, but you can request one at front desk on check-in.

Huge weekend in Primm. Jean may be booked as well. Already you can NOT book a room in Primm without our room code. There are only a few rooms left.

I know a small handful of people traveling international (from Canada and Europe) have booked package deals (flight and vehicle and room). As far as dealing with the hotel is there any way of letting them know that these people are also taking rooms at the hotel as part of the crew - probably can't apply the rate code but would it help to know that there are more numbers there because of NABX in terms of negotiating for next year?

At this point, the rate is the least of our worries.

As i understand it, you must use our room code to get a room now.

I hope they have already booked, we have no package deals.

The few I know of were booked at least a month or two back. Not sure how it all works with a package deal whether those rooms are automatically spoken for through an allotment to travel groups?
Should all work fine but I know there has been a few times in the last couple of years that some of our gang showed up and reservations were not held or showing up.

I just booked my room--noon today, the 4th of March. I got my room; there are exactly 3 more left, under the NABX code. The hotel is SOLD OUT on Fri and Sat, UNLESS you use the NABX code and get one of the 3 rooms left.
