Pl Reactor 2


Any one hear about a release date or any other information on these kites coming out. Really like my 4.9 Reactor was wondering on the new model whats going to be happening.

Did anyone else notice that they have a Reactor 10.m? I just got the latest dealer price list and did a double take, as it was not on the original 2008 copy. Went to the PL site and sure enough it's there. They list the wind range as 0-10 mph. Extrapolating from my 8.3m, I can believe it. Gotta git me one.

Come on, doesn't that have to at least be 1-10 mph? If there is a kite out there that flies in 0 mph then I must have one. :moon:

You can build up appearent wind and glide through no wind areas but if you tack it falls out off the sky..............aj:wink2:

I bet they left out the part about running down the beach like a mad dog. You can probably launch in a puff (or run) and keep it goig in next to nothing- like some race kites.

I think PKD Combat comes in 15m ?

It may be a good one with the limited + small vents ?

Anyone ever flown one ????

We have a group dedicated to indoor flying here. So zero wind flying is not only possible but an organized sport. It is amazing what you can get Rev's to do indoors !!

Reactor II is due out in Feburary. Thinner bridles and fewer of them= faster kite. More new specs due out next week...

So it seems we got the Yakuza GT sitting shelves in the U.S. in January and the Reactor II in February....two of my most favorite kites...guess it's time to start saving...
