leaking BF's
Hey all,
Typical I just get a new aluminum rim and tire mounted for the front wheel, and the bloody asymmetrical's start to leak air in the back. Does anyone
have advise on a slow leak in a big foot? I didn't find it yet but I think it is a rim leak, maybe... :puzzled:
Alex
PS oh here is the new front wheel, it is NOT the one leaking BTW. Excel
lawn pros on it.

Two words for you:
SOAPY WATER
Take a rag dip in soapy water and run it around the rim and around the area where the stem exits the rim. With enough soap in the water any leak no
matter how small will reveal itself.
This will at least show you where the leak is, fixin' it is another thread.

I use this stuff I think its called Green Goo, it does a great job on bead leaks. You can get it at any place that sells quads and stuff. I added to
all my tires and ride in a lot of fields and never get leaks. Its about $8.00 a bottle here.

HI
You can try too let the air out push the tyre from the rim and mount the tyre again !
This gives me good results , if still leaking try " Slime " :puzzled:

I found a tiny leak at the rim and one in the tire its self. I re-seated the rim and it looks like that fixed the rim leak the other is very small and
very slow so, I will try the slime or green goo, which ever I find first. It is very slow now after 3 days it has dropped about 1/3 pound. nothing to
worry much over.
Thanks for the help!
Alex
