Kite Kamp - South Cooking Lake | Sat Jan 17

Hey Alberta boys! I bought a plastic formed sled and reinforced the front rim for towing so I'm gonna go over the top tomorrow. Not only am I gonna pack in a ridiculous amount of gear, I'm gonna set up my wind shelter to give it a whirl on the snow and then we can all haul each other around on the sledge. I'll see if I can convince Chuck to come out and bring his plug in lunch box so we can have warm soup in the middle of the lake!

Call me - I'll let you know if I forget the can opener :singing:

Sounds like a hoot I know Chuck is working but I'll bring something warm and yummy you bring the bowls and spoons. Sled sounds like a hoot, did you guys get your ski's done?
Heard the winds going to be ok in the morning but dying off in the afternoon so heading out about 9.

I'll be there early in the morning if that's when the winds are going to be up. Board's all waxed, kites are packed. Can't wait!

can't find my portable stove, anyone got something? I made some soup up and buns.
