stole susan's idea with the gps and put my sony cyber-shot camara on my helmet. mounted in a beach noodle ,not pretty but easy,a litte shaky.iwant somebody else to try it,see what they get.maybe when beach is smoother video will be better

I use the little go pro digital helmet cam and love it.

there isn't really any sound since its all sealed up in a waterproof case but the video is decent quality and if you have it mounted on your head its pretty smooth.

they cost about $189 new and you can find them for less on ebay slightly used
