mountain boarding in southeastern Ma/RI

So, I have this board that I bought when I first got into the sport. It has sat unused except to go kart the kids down the driveway for years. Anyone know of a good spot in S.E. Mass or RI to landboard? Seems like all I can find are fields with powerlines nearby or skinny beaches with sand that isn't packed hard enough.

I got the itch, bad... Our kitesurfing weather won't be here for a month at least!

I was thinking the exact same thing. BPSP might be a tad bumpier.... there are some good gopher holes.

DGKid78's home stomping grounds looks pretty promising too

Yo!!! my spot is pretty good there are 3 large fields....of course the largest only good when the winds are East..which is rare..The 2nd is only good from the South which is almost always in the summer and next coming month or so, and the feild i use is good for all winds except NW the fort is in the way .I'm usually on the spot in the photo that Indigo_Wolf posted. Good spot only not that wide. But I am still a noob and don't mind much. I go here cause it's only 10 min from my house It's Called Fort Tabor in New Bedford. But for sure Brenton State Park in NewPort and Colt State Park in Bristol. I am gonna try Colt State Park for Sure this summer....I thought kitesurfers go there in the cold months to moutain board? check it out might be closer to you:roll: just a heads up though about Fort Tabor if you look at the photo close. there are paths that go through the feild and around the perimeter. I like to go early in the AM always to avoid too many joggers on the path.
