Happy to report that it's slowly taking off. We've had over 15 local Toronto riders post. Yesterday, got live spot reports from 3 different spots.
The approach isn't tied to my site, any RSS reader can display the Tweets. You could even display Tweets on this forum.
For example, here's the RSS feed for Toronto
