I was wondering if anyone knew the wind range for a 11m Neo on the water with a 190lb. rider with a larger light wind board.

Great kite. I am about your size and for land riding, 10mph is where the kite starts to perform. Yes, it will fly with less but the kite is mushy and turns are way short of crisp. Water is probably going to require 15mph for 190lbs.
