What frustrates me is when I'm sitting at home on a weekend and I can see the trees moving outside my window, but every forecast prediction i'm looking at says that all the flying locations within an hour of me have no wind... But its enough wind to move the darn tree outside my window... Dagnamit!

Yeah, that one really drives me nuts.

Yes,even though what I say is true, I realize I'm an addict to the kite thing. If I can't be flying, I want to talk and read about it.

I've gotta make this a living like Angus so I can get more kite time and help others do the same. As it is I only get to go out an hour or two each week (wind permitting). :bird:

Every night little after midnight I see the same two people setting watching.

The thing that pisses me off about seeing the trees outside move is because somehow I always need to go to school or work at the time i notice them

We have windows in the meeting rooms so I get to watch the trees bending in the wind in the background. All discussions turn to blah blah blah as I zone out.....

Yep, near 80 degrees, winds up to 30mph at the DE/MD beaches...and I'm sort'a laid out with a torqued knee from yesterday's 40mph inland session.

I'm hoping it doesnt blow that strong or i'm in trouble... lol.

20-25 I can handle. More than that and I dont have a kite small enough to survive...

Tomorrow will be epic at our Solomon's field! I'll be packing as soon as I get home. The Mazda is gonna be pissed since it's still not feeling well

I have tried Nyquil last night, Dayquil this morning. tylonal, ibuprophin, and coffee and doughnuts. Nothing is helping. This cold went through the shop I work in last week more than half the guys where out for a couple days. I teased them all about being whimps!!
