Congrats on knowing the prices of what you play with.

How about the value?

You know the stuff...
Friends...
Great times...
Sublime outdoor moments...
Awesome power of the wind...
The list gets longer every time we play.
It's the part we don't talk about that really matters.

Guys, I guess it is what Corey is talking about that drives all this. When I have a chance to kite, I want to have the right equipment. I have done
some liquidating getting ready for new stuff coming out. I have made room for the new stuff coming soon from HQ, and I've binged on arcs in the last
few weeks. I have 3 arcs that are in the mail or will be tomorrow. I ordered a new 15m Synergy to tide me over till the Chargers are available and
prove themselves in the real world. I got a well loved Venom 19m for those days when the wind isn't that great. And while selling the Montana,
picked up a stray Venom 13m for when the winds are a little scary. But really, I can stop anytime I want! I should have a bar and
lines for sale soon when I see how my gear fits together, and the venom 13m might be a short timer, but we'll see how things shape up.

I used to fret for days over paying a $150 sport kite and now I drop $400 - 700+ on each kite. I do still feel guilty about it as I'm the sole income
provider for my family but I get as much use out of them as I can.
You know you've got a lot invested in the sport when your car is rear ended and when you get out and see how much damage there is, your primary
concern is the condition of the gear in the mangled trunk and not the car itself.
