You obviously had a fantastic Mother. It shows in the fact she raised such an amazing kid.

Don't feel that" losing it" is wrong. You need to unload that stuff to move on.

Your Mother lives on in your heart and soul. It's not the end of your relationship with her. She will be there in your heart and you will know what she would say / do when you look inward. It sounds sappy but it's true.

Perhaps your Mother was fortunate going down hill so fast. Going through those phases over 10 years certainly wouldn't have been pleasant.

I'll be saying a special prayer for you and your family. You fit in to that group of PKF Family that I have never met but consider a Brother from a different Mother !
