Yeah, I'm going to do away with that one, it's too low. I'm capable of at least 35mph,but not much more. I have no turn radius @ Va Beach(no room to
turn ). It's a drag race with a wreck at the end ! LOL
KITE BIKERS RULE!
Lucky it missed here in my part of the lsland.
We've got a met office amber warning here for wind.
So far today my weather station recorded a gust of 76mph 45 minutes ago.
2010 we had over 100 mph wind it did a hell off lot of damage to house's roof's!
How's it down there redsky?
Its calm now but Friday night the wind was whistling through the garage doors, while I was in there I heard a tile slide down the roof and hit the
wheelbarrow outside...but I was safe and warm because I finally cleared some space in the garage and installed a new Jacuzzi and TV. Imagine that
scene from Coming to America and Twister while listening to the shipping forecast.
I see on the news that storm Henry is imminent. Possibly 90mph gusts in Scotland tonight. I swear they're running out of storm names. You've already
had Frank, Gertrude and Jonas swing by these past few weeks and now Henry tonight. Probably so called after the vacuum cleaner at the Met office.
dang, my previous kite mission has changed to a kite bmx bike mission. Not to break any record but just to successfully do it.
STREETKITE BMX ! Yes you MUST do this Sean. Keep the handle bars though, you will definitely need them. You'll discover turning around interesting.
Can't wait.

:D This is the definition of cannonballing. Go as fast as you can and worry about the consequences later but in a kitebike I can only imagine that
must be more than a little frightening.
Spring is out for me because I just booked flights and accommodations for the wife and daughter to go with friends to Jamaica on spring break. That's
ok though, I'm paying in to get to go on a trip I want to go on. I will make it there.

Yeah, I don't remember when we started naming storms. Maybe its a new thing, maybe the weather guys are now demanding a slice of fame like those
superstar chefs, next it will be the air traffic controllers.
Its been fairly windy here today too but nowhere near 75mph gusts.
