I know when I wear a prom dress to parties, the attention does seem to focus on me. Is it the mustache?

Only partly; the armpit hair adds to the effect as well.

Kudos to Sam for some of the funniest internet photos I have seen in a while...
I felt like I was looking through one of those emails that has been forwarded 900 bazillion times and ends with a joke about Barak Obama or some
phrase like "... now if you want to have good luck, make someone smile and forward this to 500 of your closest friends..."
tiny puppy garments... ... ... ... ... that's just a bucket full of awesome sauce
The Symphony 2.2 comes with 100' / 220 lb lines. I have to think that for lines to snap like that, there was some external influence here, such as a
nick or some other damage. The 2.2 is a healthy and powerful foil for its size but not enough to snap such a line set without some defect or
excessive wear. If it is a new kite with low time, I would inquire with your dealer.
HQ offers 2-line sets in a variety of choices such as 115' x 310 lb and 80' x 385 lb.
You can carry spare lines but you should not expect to need them unless you let them wear out (as indicated by fuzziness) or get some other damage
such as a nick or a knot.
Peter Lynn makes some nice sleeving kits for line sets that you can use to quickly restore a line set, albeit a bit shorter.
My kite bag includes bottled water, sailing gloves (open finger tips) ground stakes, sun-block, and 2 first-aid kits (one for me, one for the kite).
The first aid kit for the kite includes Tear-Aid, spinnaker cloth tape, knife and small 1/4" plywood board to provide a flat surface over which to
apply repair tape.

I always got plenty of gear with me. Smaller low/med aspect kites for people to demo.,and some bigger ones for those who are experienced. I have
quite a few handlesets and x-over bars with several different linesets. After a while you will have more kites than you know what to do with. As a
sponsored pilot,I try to have plenty of demo stuff with me. You never know when someone will show interest, and if they do,I WILL hook them up! Just
doin' my part to spread the bug:frog: Oh yeah, water,GPS, several digital cameras. And of course, some wind powered, wheeled vehicle!:wee:
