What year ?
It will not allow you out in a very big wind range. Something like 8-12 mph if you don't have experience.
You would be better off spending the money on a lesson 1st !

what are your typical wind conditions? as someone mentioned that'll be good for 8-12. i'm 215 and use my 12 in 12-20 a 9 in 18-25 and a 7 in 25-35.
as for the north they are good kites. I'm of the opinion that there are few bad kites after 2007. The big thing I like to check on is what primary
saftey it uses, moslty depends on the bar sold with it.

Good kite , with a good history and a good bar.
It just won't give you a very large wind range. It will hardly fly at 10 kph and taking it up to 20 will take some getting used to.
Of course you can use it on land but your wind range will be just that much less.
With C kites you will need at least a 3 kite quiver.
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.

The rhino is a super kite. The 5th element bar is superior to most out there. 07 it should have the iorn heart which works every time and is easy to
reset in the water. The rhinos are known for ther super depower which will extend your wind range. Depending on your weight is will get you out in
8-10 and will keep you riding in 20 plus. I would say its more of a light wind kite though. It would all depend on your local conditions. I have a 14m
now and wish i had the 16m. A 16m 12m set would get you out in all but the highest winds. But this all depends on your weight, a 14m 11m might be
better.
The only downfall of these kites is the 07 was known for bladder problems. This kite has the 2 pump setup and some had problems with it. So check is
the bladders have been replaced. If your picking it up at a good price i would say go for it. they are a great flying kite with tons of depower. I
have also flown the rebel and have a 12m. Also a bullet proof kite.
Most on here are foil guys and have no clue of LEIs, Take it from me i personally fly the north kites, and they are great.

Sorry i missed your weight in your first post. 16m would be good for you. most likely you wind range will be maybe 12-25 with this kite depending on
your board. A smaller board will let you hold it down in a bit more, as well as a surfboard will get you out in lighter. Like i said this kite is
known for its super depower.
