Nothing like flying with obstacles down wind that you can get pulled into and around power lines. I thought your Avatar was CAUTION!

lol, um yeah... that was me getting lofted...:wee:

No, there wasnt anything around, its a huge field, its just ryan was at one end, and i was at the other, his camera has a crazy zoom, but at like 70x the depth perception goes out the window... the powerlines are actually like 300 yards away, the goal posts, slightly closer, but i was pretty far from those too... that day was a little too windy for the phantom, but if ya notice... i at least got a brain bucket on

it was a fun day, kinda jammed my thumb when i ate it once tho, but its almost completely better

Trust me the last thing we want is some one to get hurt while kiting, I know were from Nebraska but we do have common sence. We have flown this spot for a while now and it is really safe and wide open.

Just some constructive criticism, no intent to offend.

From KodaS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s site

What is digital zoom?
Digital zoom crops your image and magnifies the result of the cropping. This magnification process is called interpolation. To make the cropped area bigger, digital zoom makes up, or interpolates, pixels to add to the image, which may give less than satisfactory results.

That 70x zoom is digital right? if so try just zooming to the maximum physical zoom then editing it at home so you don't loose your depth. Also conceder a tripod, I feel seasick.:barf:
