How long before you should pass the kite?

I am sending around my Libre Radical 6m. I want everyone to have ample time to enjoy it before sending it on, but I don't want the guy at the end of the line to wait an eternity either.

What is a good amount of time to hold the kite before it gets passed?

You need to let the person get some good flying in on it. If they don't get some good flying in then it was a waste. People seem to be good about if they are not getting wind they try and find it or pass it on.
