i've seen the snow verison kinda pre -wide world of sports thing
ah...this show called "USHWA" or something like that, kinda the same as the vid, it was in the 80's i think
pre warren miller stuff , some guy traveled around powered paragliding ...chile, S. africa.. AUS.
it really looked off the charts at the time
