Hope you're sitting down. IF they sent it through UPS you're in for some hefty brokerage fees (minimum $50) PLUS GST on your purchase. The GST can't
be avoided save for having the package parked as a gift which in most all cases goes against a business ethic so to ask a retailer to do it isn't
something you should "expect". Now, why the govt can charge us GST on something we purchased outside of Canada is beyond me (what ever happened to
NAFTA?) but it is what it is so expect to pay 5% plus maybe your provincial tax? Do you have provincial tax on the Sask side of Lloyd?
IF they miraculously shipped via UPSP you'll be delighted to find you only have to pay about a $5 brokerage fee and the taxes on the package value.
Canada Post is cash only I think, UPS can take a cheque. Either way have it by the door or you won't get your package.
I bought my access from Colorado Kite Force a couple years ago but I had friends in Arizona so he shipped it to them and they shipped it to me marked
as a gift. NO FEES ; )
