Ozone Pure kite in a box

Has anyone heard/or know anything about these kites??? I was thinking of maybe getting one for my brother this Christmas. Has anyone heard a price on them?? Can't really find too much on these things other than an Ozone pdf that is only one page long.

I saw that PDF. It looks like they're intended as trainer snow kites. The only thing they don't come with is a board.
